Grab a ticket and join us at the shop for a hands-on plant propagation workshop!

In this workshop, participants will learn basic and intermediate plant propagation techniques with visual examples and demonstrations. Participants will take home a cutting in a rooting medium of their choice.

We'll discuss:

• When to propagate plants
• Different types of propagation with examples of each
• Benefits/challenges with different propagation techniques
• How to transfer a rooted cutting to soil
• Rooting hormones and more!

Feel free to grab a DORA beverage at one of our local Kent bars or restaurants and enjoy it during the workshop! Light snacks will be provided.

Participants will receive 10% off in-store purchases during the event so arrive early to shop around! Options for cuttings will depend on availability. A beginner plant cutting (piece of a plant) will be included in the cost of the ticket but participants can also purchase other cuttings during the workshop.

The workshop is subject to cancellation/rescheduling if minimum number of participants is not met. We will notify you of any cancellation/rescheduling with at least 24 hours notice of the event.
