Returns and exchanges
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! If you aren't for any reason, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Exchanges or returns are made on a case by case basis with the goal of keeping you happy and your plants healthy.
We want your plants to flourish so if you've had your plant for a while and it's not doing well, send us a photo with a description and we'll do our best to help get your plant healthy! When you buy a plant from us, we go along for the journey. Also check out our Plant Care blog to read about our fun tips and tricks!
At Flourish Plant Mkt., we do our best to meet your delivery needs while keeping you and our staff safe! We adhere to all social distancing guidelines with our contactless delivery system. When we drop off your order, we'll place it by your front door and send you a photo confirmation of your delivery. If contact needs to be made, both customers and delivery drivers are required to wear masks for the duration of that interaction. If the delivery driver feels unsafe, another delivery attempt will be scheduled. If you have any special requests or questions about our Covid guidelines or delivery, please email us at FlourishPlantMkt@gmail.com.
