LIGHT
Prefers bright, filtered light. Keep in an eastern, southern, or western window. Leaves will burn if exposed to too much direct light. Will tolerate low light but leaves will fade to a light green.
WATER
Allow the top half to two thirds of soil to dry out between waterings. Thoroughly drench until water pours through the bottom of pot. Don't water too frequently, causing soil to become waterlogged.
TIPS
- New growth is beautiful shades of pink.
- Leaves will fade to green if it's not receiveing enough light.
- Fertilize once a month during spring and summer, reduce fertilizing during winter dormancy.
TOXICITY
Keep out of reach of pets and children. This plant is considered mildly toxic.
