LIGHT
Prefers lots of bright indirect light with some direct sun. Plants should be acclimated to direct sun by slowly increasing the amount of time up to a few hours. Older and more established jade plants can receive 4-6 hours of direct sun.
WATER
Allow soil to dry out between watering. Never allow the jade plant to sit in water. Make sure it is in a pot with good drainage.
