Provide bright, indirect light. Monstera 'Burle Marx Flame' can tolerate some direct morning sunlight but should be protected from harsh, midday rays. Insufficient light can lead to leggy growth and reduced leaf development.

Place near a north or east-facing window or use grow lights to ensure adequate light levels.
Rotate often to ensure even growth.

Add a moss pole or trellis as they grow so the aerial roots can attach and the plant will be supported.

Maintain temperatures between 18°C to 29°C (65°F to 85°F). This range mimics the warm, tropical climate of its native environment.

High humidity is beneficial, ideally between 60% and 80%.

Fertilize once a month during the spring and summer.
